These terms govern requests for institutional assessments through Ashbridge Scholar. The website quotation is a preliminary estimate, not a guarantee of service availability.

Authorization

By accepting a quotation, you confirm that you are authorized to act for the organization named in the quotation.

Quotation validity

Saved quotations expire 24 hours after creation. An accepted quotation is subject to tax and operational review before payment instructions or delivery commitments are issued.

Scope and responsibilities

The organization is responsible for lawful use of candidate data, rights to any client-supplied questions, and accurate assessment specifications. Ashbridge Scholar will confirm scope, security controls, delivery dates, support levels and any proctoring capabilities in a separate service order.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

No online payment is currently available through this workflow. Payment due dates, cancellation rights, refunds and applicable taxes must be confirmed in the final signed service order or invoice terms before collection.

Privacy and integrity

Candidate information must be processed under the applicable privacy notices and agreed data processing terms. Exam integrity controls will be described in the service order.
